You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your campaign launches. To cancel, email playportal.club@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Cancel my campaign". If your campaign has not yet launched when we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund.
Your campaign is considered launched at the moment your approved recruiting email is dispatched to the first coach in your selected division(s). Because campaigns launch within 24 hours of your email approval, the window between approval and launch may be short — if you wish to cancel, do so before approving your campaign email.
Once launched, your purchase is non-refundable. At that point the service you paid for has been delivered in full: your personalized recruiting email has been written, your dedicated recruiting inbox has been created and its credentials delivered to you, and your profile has been distributed to coaches. Delivered emails cannot be recalled.
Refunds are not available based on recruiting outcomes — including the number or content of coach replies, offers received, or admission and scholarship decisions. As set out in our Terms of Service, PlayPortal delivers professional outreach; the decisions of coaches and universities are outside our control.
If we make a material error — for example, your campaign is sent to a different division than the one you purchased, or your approved email is sent with our error in it — contact us within 14 days of launch. We will correct the error at no cost, which may include re-running the affected part of your campaign. If we cannot correct it, we will refund the affected portion of your purchase.
Accidental duplicate payments for the same campaign are refunded in full — just let us know.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take additional days for the funds to appear.
If you believe you are owed a refund, please contact us first — we resolve legitimate issues quickly. Initiating a payment dispute for a service that has been delivered as described in this policy may result in suspension of your account and recruiting inbox while the dispute is investigated.
